Why are we doing this?
Our goal is to increase outreach for artists.. increase their opportunities to get a “leg up” in the exhibitional world and to increase Artist- to- Public interactions. In examining this project, the Business Disctrict of Bowness was selected for two reasons- First, in order to enhance public visitation to the area and local business’ and second.. as a means to increase security of the exhibitions (greater through traffic = decreased opportunities for *nefarious* activities). So, an important ancillary aspect became support for the local business communty through increased public visitation.

We will be promoting the exhibition through any and every means possible throughout the city of Calgary in order to maximize attendance at Art Walks as well as throughout the exhibition cycle.
